WOW: The somewhat different museum. With us, we put perception to the test and create new perspectives. Our vision: to inspire young and old, to create a place of optical illusions and, above all, to bring more WOW into people's everyday lives. The WOW MUSEUM - Room for Illusions Zürich is always looking for friendly and friendly reception and supervisory staff with an interest in the subject of illusions.
Your tasks:
- Welcoming guests
- Customer Enthusiasts and Assistance in the Exhibition
- Communication with guests
- Explain the exhibition (you will receive training)
- If you are interested, give museum tours
- Cleaning & keeping the exhibition tidy
Basic requirement:
- Quick Comprehension
- Don't be afraid to explain something to people on their cell phone
- Ability to think
- Showing commitment
- Passionate about what you like to do
- Safe and well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility in your working hours (Monday - Sunday)
- Take an Interest in Photos, Illusions, Mirrors, Color Worlds and Art
- Open and friendly approach with customers
- Experience in customer contact as well as ticket and checkout systems is helpful
- A “roll up your sleeves and get involved” mentality
- Interest in the museum shop
