How to get to WOW Musem

By train

To Zurich Main Station and a 5-minute walk

By tram

Take tram numbers 6, 7, 11, 13, or 17 to Bahnhofstrasse, then it's a 2-minute walk from there.

By car

Park at the Urania parking garage, then it's another 3-minute walk.

With PubliBike

Ride a rental bike from any station in the city of Zurich to Werdmühleplatz station, then cross the street directly to the WOW Museum.

Is the museum pass valid at the WOW Museum?

Unfortunately not, as we are not a member of the association.

Is the Raiffeisen Pass valid in the WOW Museum?

Unfortunately not, as we are a private museum.

Do you get a group discount?

No, but there are family tickets to buy for families. Families with more than 4 children can book an additional child for CHF 5 each. In addition, all tickets are 15% off on Thursdays (excluding holiday periods or public holidays). For the last day's slot, we also offer a 25% discount on tickets.

How does it work with the ZVV holiday pass?

With the holiday pass, tickets (for children) are discounted by 33%.

You can redeem tickets directly through our ticket shop using the mentioned promo code. This code is only available to those who have purchased the ZVV holiday pass. If you are unable to redeem the ticket online, please show the brochure at the ticket counter on sight. We highly recommend booking the ticket online, as we expect high museum attendance during the holidays.

The ZVV holiday pass is only valid for children's tickets. Children under 12 years old require adult supervision in the museum.
